Returns & Refunds
We hope that you love the items you ordered as much as we do, but in the event you are unhappy with your order or the items received are faulty/damaged, we offer no-hassle returns, accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Are returns free?
Returns requested within 14 days of delivery will be free of charge and a postage label will be provided for the return.
Returns requested after 14 days but within 30 days of delivery will incur a postage fee for the item to be returned, unless the item has been received faulty/damaged.
Multi-item offers & discounts
If items purchased as part of a multi-buy or bundle offer are returned and the remaining items no longer meet the original offer criteria, the discount will be adjusted to the applicable tier.
This means your refund will be calculated based on the updated order value after the correct discount has been applied.
What if I receive a faulty/damaged item?
If you receive your order and the item/s is faulty or damaged please get in touch with hello@albasplayroom as soon as possible so we can swiftly resolve the issue.
We are happy to provide a free postage label for the return of the item, in line with our returns policy, and will either exchange the product if we have the item in stock or provide a refund for the item.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process once we have received the returned item/s.
Can I return clearance sale items?
We are unable to accept returns for clearance sale items unless items have been received damaged or faulty.
Can I return outlet items?
All outlet sales are final. Item condition is listed in the description of each outlet item. If you would like further information regarding an outlet item prior to purchase please email hello@albasplayroom.com
