FAQs
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 5pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched next working day, orders placed after will be treated as though the order came in the following day before 5pm.
Orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
As soon as we've dispatched your order, you'll receive an email from us confirming your order has been dispatched.
Which delivery service will my parcel come with?
We currently use Evri for all deliveries as standard; however, in special cases another courier may be used.
You will be notified which service your order is being delivered by via your dispatch email.
Can I track my order?
Parcels sent as standard through Evri have tracking made available via email.
