We hope that you love the items you ordered as much as we do but in the event you are unhappy with your order or the items recieved are faulty/damaged then we offer no-hassle returns, accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To request a refund please email hello@albasplayroom.com including the reason for the return, order number, and item/s being returns.

Are returns free?

Returns requested within 14 days of delivery will be free of charge and a postage label will be provided for the return.

Returns requested after 14 days but within 30 days of delivery will incur a postage fee for the item to be returned, unless the item has been received faulty/damaged.

What if I receive a faulty/damaged item?

If you receive your order and the item/s is faulty or damaged please get in touch with hello@albasplayroom as soon as possible so we can swiftly resolve the issue.

We are happy provide a free postage label for the return of the item, in line with our returns policy, and will either exchange the product if we have the item instock or provide a refund for the item.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process once we have received the returned item/s.
